About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Court of Protection Paralegal in Portsmouth. Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
