About this role
We recruit Gas Engineer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Newport and the wider Middlesbrough region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Maintain mechanical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
- Gas Safe, ACS CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Ability to work to drawings and specifications
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Right to work in the UK
