About this role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join one of our clients in Llanelli. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Sir Gaerfyrddin – Carmarthenshire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Contact homeowners or businesses who have shown interest
- Confirm needs, budget and availability
- Schedule surveys, demos or consultations
- Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows
- Keep accurate records of every lead
- Achieve weekly appointment and attendance targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
