We have ongoing requirements for a New Homes Sales Advisor in Llanelli. Our Sir Gaerfyrddin – Carmarthenshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call new and existing clients to win business
- Advise customers with honest, practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, proposals and paperwork
- Follow up every lead quickly
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver for customers
- Meet activity and revenue targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- New homes or property sales, Customer focus, Weekend availability
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
