About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Licensed Conveyancer for firms in Clacton-on-Sea and across Essex. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place licensed conveyancers throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC licensed
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
