About this role
Our Essex clients have a standing need for a Civil Litigation Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Clacton-on-Sea. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage debt recovery and enforcement matters at volume
- Issue proceedings and obtain judgment
- Deal with enforcement options and applications
- Report to commercial clients on recovery rates
- Maintain accurate ledgers and file records
- Meet agreed recovery targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
