About this role
We recruit Private Client Solicitors for practices operating throughout Barrow-in-Furness and Westmorland and Furness. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
