About this role
Our Westmorland and Furness clients have a standing need for a Private Client Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Kendal. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Support business development in the department
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
