About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Renewals Specialist for employers in Dewsbury and across Yorkshire and the Humber. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders and admin
- Process orders and keep the CRM accurate
- Liaise with customers on delivery and progress
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Handle customer queries by phone and email
- Coordinate between sales, operations and finance
What you need
- Proven background as a renewals specialist, or strong transferable sales skills
- Renewals and retention, Excellent phone manner, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
