About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in Birmingham. Our West Midlands clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree or CILEX part-qualified
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
