About this role
Focus Recruitment places Residential Conveyancing Paralegals with law firms throughout Sutton and the wider Shropshire area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree or CILEX part-qualified
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
