About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for an established employer in Gateshead. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Call new and existing clients to win business
- Advise customers with honest, practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, proposals and paperwork
- Follow up every lead quickly
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver for customers
- Meet activity and revenue targets
What you need
- Proven background as a senior recruitment consultant, or strong transferable sales skills
- Recruitment billing track record, Business development, Client management
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
