About this role
We are looking for a Appointment Setter to join one of our clients in Gateshead. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across North East for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Introduce the client’s services and spark interest
- Handle gatekeepers and reach the decision maker
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team with clear notes
- Follow up email and LinkedIn enquiries
- Report on calls, conversations and appointments set
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
