About this role
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Advisor to join one of our clients in Inverness. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Highland for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Showroom or retail sales, Customer service, Friendly and confident
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
