About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for an established employer in Inverness. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Proven background as a senior recruitment consultant, or strong transferable sales skills
- Recruitment billing track record, Business development, Client management
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
