About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Solar Sales Consultant for an established employer in Caerphilly. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Grow sales with existing accounts in your area
- Win new business through prospecting and cold visits
- Run product demonstrations and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and volume agreements
- Report on competitor activity in the territory
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Full UK driving licence, Home improvement or solar sales, Face-to-face sales
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
