Our sales desk is recruiting a Sales Support Executive for an established employer in Caerphilly. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Answer questions and recommend the right product or plan
- Process orders, upgrades and changes accurately
- Retain customers who want to cancel
- Keep customer records up to date
- Meet quality, service and sales targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Sales support, Order processing, Excellent phone manner
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
