We have ongoing requirements for a Telesales Agent in Birmingham. Our West Midlands clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Contact prospective customers from a supplied data list
- Build rapport quickly and keep calls professional
- Explain pricing, contracts and next steps clearly
- Follow up callbacks at the agreed time
- Meet quality and compliance standards on every call
- Share feedback with your team leader to improve conversion
What you need
- Proven background as a telesales agent, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
