About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Immigration Paralegal for clients in Livingston. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across West Lothian for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support immigration fee earners with case preparation
- Gather and check supporting evidence
- Draft routine correspondence and forms
- Maintain the case management system
- Keep clients updated on application progress
- Assist with Home Office correspondence
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree, OISC desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
