What you will be doing
- Manage asylum and human rights matters
- Take detailed instructions with sensitivity
- Prepare appeal bundles and witness statements
- Instruct counsel and experts
- Comply with Legal Aid requirements where applicable
- Maintain strict deadline control
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree, OISC desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
