We have ongoing requirements for a Inside Sales Manager in Hastings. Our East Sussex clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Drive the team to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Listen to calls and give practical feedback
- Manage performance fairly and consistently

- Handle escalated customer conversations
- Plan campaigns and incentives with marketing
What you need
- Proven background as a inside sales manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
