About this role

We are looking for Arboricultural Consultant to join our clients in Warrington. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Warrington that are growing their assessment teams.

What you will be doing

• Survey trees to BS 5837 and prepare Arboricultural Impact Assessments
• Produce tree protection plans and method statements
• Assess landscape and visual effects of proposed development
• Prepare reports, figures and visualisations for planning
• Attend site meetings and supervise mitigation works
• Manage your own caseload of projects across the region

What you need

• Consultancy or local authority experience
• BS 5837 tree surveys and Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Level 4 or above in arboriculture, Tree Preservation Order and conservation area applications
• Good written English and report writing
• GIS skills (QGIS or ArcGIS) an advantage
• Right to work in the UK
