About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Retrofit Assessor for work across Warrington and the wider Warrington area. Our clients are planning, engineering and environmental consultancies, developers and housebuilders who need assessments delivered for planning applications, so demand for retrofit assessor runs year-round.
What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Energy, sustainability or retrofit experience
- Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment (PAS 2035), Domestic Energy Assessor (RdSAP), Full UK driving licence
- Organised, accurate record-keeping
- Comfortable with residents and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
