About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Commercial Property Solicitor in Bournemouth. Our Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
