About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Corporate Sales Manager for employers in London and across Greater London. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Corporate account sales, Team leadership, Commercial negotiation
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
