We have ongoing requirements for a New Homes Sales Advisor in Brighton. Our The City of Brighton and Hove clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- New homes or property sales, Customer focus, Weekend availability
