About this role
Our East Ayrshire clients have a standing need for a Newly Qualified Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Kilmarnock. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, 0-1 years PQE
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
