Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Development Representative for employers in Belfast and across Belfast. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Prospect into target accounts by phone and email
- Run discovery calls to understand needs and timelines
- Book qualified meetings for account executives
- Keep the pipeline clean and accurate in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns
- Learn the product and the market to progress into a closing role
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
