About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Sales Support Executive for an established employer in Ashford. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Proven background as a sales support executive, or strong transferable sales skills
- Sales support, Order processing, Excellent phone manner
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
