About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Trusts and Estates Solicitor for firms in Dartford and across Kent. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place trusts and estates solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Support business development in the department
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
