About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Key Account Manager for an established employer in Bournemouth. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Onboard new clients smoothly after the sale
- Check in regularly to make sure clients get value
- Spot risks early and put plans in place
- Present new products and services to existing clients
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Work with sales and support teams on account plans
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Managing key accounts, Commercial negotiation, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
