About this role

We recruit Electrical Labourer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Lancaster and the wider Lancashire region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.

What you will be doing

• Carry out rewires and upgrade works on occupied and void properties
• Install consumer units and distribution equipment
• Test, certify and complete all required documentation
• Make good and leave properties to a tidy standard
• Report defects and variations to the supervisor
• Work respectfully in occupied homes

What you need

• Recent site or maintenance experience in a similar role
• CSCS
• Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional approach with clients and site teams
• Right to work in the UK
