About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Legal Aid Family Solicitor in Bournemouth. Our Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy family department
- Draft correspondence and court forms
- Prepare bundles and chronologies
- Communicate with clients with care and discretion
- Maintain case management records
- Assist with Legal Aid billing where applicable
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, LAA franchise experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
