About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Legal Aid Family Solicitor for clients in Middlesbrough. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Middlesbrough for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy family department
- Draft correspondence and court forms
- Prepare bundles and chronologies
- Communicate with clients with care and discretion
- Maintain case management records
- Assist with Legal Aid billing where applicable
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, LAA franchise experience
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
