About this role

Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients have a standing need for a Legal Receptionist, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Rotherham. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.

What you will be doing

• Support fee earners across the department
• Draft routine correspondence and documents
• Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
• Track deadlines and key dates
• Deal with client and third party enquiries
• Maintain accurate records throughout

What you need

• Recent experience in a UK law firm
• Front of house experience
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
• Right to work in the UK
