About this role
Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients have a standing need for a Private Client Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Rotherham. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
