About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Lettings Negotiator for employers in Macclesfield and across Cheshire East. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.

What you will be doing

• Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
• Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
• Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
• Negotiate and close sales
• Keep records and the pipeline up to date
• Hit monthly sales and commission targets

What you need

• Proven background as a lettings negotiator, or strong transferable sales skills
• Full UK driving licence, Lettings experience, Customer focus
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Organised, with good IT skills
• Right to work in the UK
