About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Licensed Conveyancer for clients in Bournemouth. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC licensed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
