About this role
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join one of our clients in Lowestoft. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Suffolk for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Answer questions and recommend the right product or plan
- Process orders, upgrades and changes accurately
- Retain customers who want to cancel
- Keep customer records up to date
- Meet quality, service and sales targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Excellent phone manner, Customer service, Accurate data entry
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
