About this role
Our Angus clients have a standing need for a Medical Negligence Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Barry. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle RTA, EL and PL claims from instruction to conclusion
- Draft letters of claim, schedules and witness statements
- Instruct experts and counsel as required
- Advise clients clearly on progress and prospects
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Achieve agreed settlement and billing targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
