About this role
We recruit Medical Receptionists for businesses operating throughout Hastings and East Sussex. This role comes up regularly with us, so registering puts you in front of several employers at once.
What you will be doing
- Deliver a professional front of house service
- Manage the switchboard and central inbox
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality
- Liaise with contractors, couriers and suppliers

What you need
- Recent experience in an office or commercial setting
- EMIS or SystmOne, Patient confidentiality, DBS
- Good IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Reliable and able to work independently
