About this role
Our Castell-nedd Port Talbot – Neath Port Talbot clients have a standing need for a Private Client Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Neath. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
