About this role
Focus Recruitment places New Build Conveyancers with law firms throughout Peterborough and the wider City of Peterborough area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- New build plot sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
