About this role
Our Sir Gaerfyrddin – Carmarthenshire clients have a standing need for a New Build Conveyancer, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Llanelli. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- New build plot sales experience
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
