About this role
We recruit Trusts and Estates Solicitors for practices operating throughout Newtownabbey and Antrim and Newtownabbey. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
