About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Trusts and Estates Solicitor for clients in Keighley. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
