About this role
Our West Northamptonshire clients have a standing need for a Intellectual Property Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Northampton. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
