About this role

We have ongoing requirements for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in Northampton. Our West Northamptonshire clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.

What you will be doing

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
  • Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
  • Meet agreed billing and completion targets

What you need

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
  • CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Well organised with good file management discipline
  • Right to work in the UK
