About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Social Housing Plumber for work across Northampton and the surrounding West Northamptonshire area. What you will be doing
- Attend planned and reactive call-outs across the patch
- Diagnose and repair heating and plumbing faults
- Carry out annual services and safety checks
- Keep accurate job records and van stock
- Communicate clearly with clients and tenants
- Work to appointment times and response targets
What you need
- Recent domestic or commercial experience in a similar role
- NVQ Level 2, DBS, Gas Safe desirable
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional manner with customers and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
