About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Outbound Sales Agent in London. Our Greater London clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into orders
- Present products and services clearly over the phone
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Log every call and outcome accurately on the CRM
- Hit daily call and weekly sales targets
What you need
- Proven background as a outbound sales agent, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
